TIME|EMIT
Step forward — your reflection already walked back.
TIME|EMIT is a step-by-step, grid-based puzzle about the inversion of time. You move forward; your reflections replay the same route backwards. Crossing a portal is irreversible — and flips the flow of time for everything on the field. Every level is a small clockwork: read it, walk into it, and let your own past become the mechanism.

What makes it different
Your reflection is the level
Reflections replay every step you made, one tick later. The route you already walked becomes moving walls, keys and traps — the puzzle is your own past.
One rule for the whole world
A global tick drives everything: you, reflections, doors, ghosts. Nothing moves outside the rule, so every failure is readable — and every solution is earnable.
No undo. Restart is the teacher
Steps are irreversible by design. No undo, no waiting — only a clean restart. Mistakes are part of the language, not noise to erase.
Quiet by design
A meditative tone: no neon, no pulsing UI, no exclamation marks. The fog of a portal does not move. You think at your own pace.
