Who we are
noundo is a game studio. For any privacy question, write to hello@noundostudio.com.
What this website collects
The website runs a small first-party page counter. It records the page path, the referring site's host, the interface language, the time zone and the screen size reported by your browser, plus a random session id. The id is generated in the tab, kept in sessionStorage, sent to our server with the anonymous event and stored there for up to 90 days; it is not linked to your name or IP address and is not used for cross-site tracking. The counter sets no cookies and runs no advertising; the data is never sold or shared, and Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honoured both in the page script and on the server. The feedback form sends the selected game, topic, message text, any screenshots you attach, optional email, page address and submission time, plus technical request data used to fight spam; it also carries a hidden anti-spam field.
How we use it
Messages are stored on our server and forwarded to the team's private chat and bug inbox so we can fix bugs and consider ideas. Anonymous page statistics are used only to understand which pages are useful; they are aggregated and never linked to a person. We never sell or share your data with third parties, and we use the optional email only to reply to you.
Retention and your rights
We keep feedback for up to 24 months, or until it has served its purpose. Anonymous page views are kept for up to 90 days and blocked-request counters for up to 90 days; both are deleted automatically. You may ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your message — one email is enough.
Games and stores
Our games use analytics to understand crashes and balance. When the games reach public stores, purchases and accounts are handled by the stores under their own privacy policies. Game privacy notices will be published with each release.
